Our champions work closely with SMT, HR, and governance to influence policies and communications, ensuring Oakdale remains an inclusive workplace. Their primary responsibilities include:

• Policy Review: Supporting the development and review of organisational policies through a diversity and inclusion lens.
• Staff Engagement: Contributing ideas for positive change in staff wellbeing, recruitment, training, and internal communications.
• Awareness Raising: Promoting best practices and highlighting important awareness dates throughout the year
