Oakdale is unable to provide psychiatric support. For comprehensive medical diagnosis and psychiatric treatment of complex mental illnesses, we recommend contacting consultant psychiatrists who are medical doctors.

Most of our therapy services are provided face to face but many practitioners also offer remote sessions on the telephone, online and using video calls.

The Oakdale Centre is a not for profit led organisation. Fees vary according to the particular practitioner and the service being provided. We occasionally offer low fee sessions.

Some of our practitioners are registered with medical insurance companies and sometimes employers are willing to support their staff with therapy costs.

 

Using Medical Insurance

If you have private health insurance, your insurer may agree to fund your therapy so please contact them first to find out if you are eligible for this.

If your insurance company is not listed above, please contact them directly to ask them if they are willing to fund your treatment with us.
