We are excited to be offering an online ADHD Coaching Programme to parents of primary-aged children who have a diagnosis of ADHD. This group is facilitated by Oakdale’s experienced Clinical Director, Dr Caroline Falconer (Consultant Clinical Psychologist).

The overarching aim of the coaching programme group is to assist parents in developing skills that encourage positive behaviour and reduce conflict across settings. This will be achieved through the provision of a well-rounded background on ADHD that elucidates the different ways ADHD symptoms can be illustrated, an understanding of the importance of early intervention and guidance on strategies and accessing parental support.

We have space for a small group of parents to attend so that there is also opportunity within the coaching and parenting skills programme to hear from others on their experiences.

The online group will run weekly for 6 weeks, on Thursdays at 12.00noon, commencing 11th January 2024. As places are limited, if you are interested in attending this group, please see the attached flyer for details on how to book.

If you cannot attend this time round, please email jessica.london@oakdalecentre.org to demonstrate your interest for any future ADHD support groups.
