Integrative Psychotherapist

I’m an integrative psychotherapist working with adults experiencing a broad range of mental health or relationship difficulties.

I have over 35 years of experience in working within the NHS, including specialist in-patient services, working in private practice and within the voluntary sector.

I have particular experience in trauma-informed therapy and support people in understanding and recovering from difficult or abusive experiences.

As an integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of approaches including talking therapy and the creative arts therapies, and use a client centred approach which respects the strengths, needs and goals of each individual.

Each session begins with an initial meeting to decide whether we might work well together and whether this is the right therapeutic approach for you.

I am a trained clinical supervisor and provide supervision to Psychotherapists, counsellors and Arts therapists.
