Your first session
Your first session is a space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’d like support with. There’s no need to prepare anything — we’ll explore your goals together and agree the best approach for moving forward.
Session format
Therapy can take place in person or online, and many people choose a mix of both. Sessions usually last 50 minutes, and most clients attend weekly or fortnightly depending on what feels right for them.

We aim to make high quality therapy as accessible as possible. Our session fees range from £60–£140, depending on the type of therapy and your practitioner’s experience. Costs will always be discussed before starting sessions.
We sometimes offer reduced fee appointments when available. Some health insurers or employers may also contribute towards therapy costs.
