Evidence-based therapies.

We provide NICE-recommended talking therapies for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other common mental health difficulties.

Using a stepped-care approach, our clinicians match you to the right supportβ€”whether guided self-help, specialist therapy, or group work.

Assessment first.

Before therapy begins, we typically start with a telephone assessment to understand your needs and goals. This helps us create a tailored treatment plan and recommend the most suitable therapy for you.
