Specialist psychological therapies.

Our experienced therapists provide compassionate, effective support for a wide range of mental health and wellbeing needs - including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating difficulties, and relationship challenges.‍

We use trusted, NICE-recommended approaches such as:
CBT, DBT, EMDR, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapies, schema therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and family or couples therapy.

Every plan is tailored to you β€” trauma-informed, flexible, and designed to help you feel understood, supported, and ready to move forward.

Body-based therapy.

Our body-based therapy uses calm, therapeutic movement and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and rebuild connection between body and mind.

This is not a yoga class β€” it’s a clinically informed, trauma-sensitive approach that complements psychological or nutritional therapy, helping you restore balance and confidence in your body.

Sessions are delivered by our specialist yoga therapist in Harrogate or online nationwide, offering safe, flexible support for anyone recovering from trauma, anxiety, or eating-related difficulties.

Β£85 per session - self-funded or employer-funded.

Clarity first, then care that fits.

We offer a comprehensive, holistic assessment to understand your unique needs and goals.

After assessment, you’ll receive a shared formulation and personalised treatment plan combining any of the three core pillars.

Assessments typically explore:

Lifestyle and wellbeing factors, including sleep, exercise, stress, and self-care

Relationships and emotional patterns

Physical and psychological health

Significant life experiences and trauma history

Where appropriate, we can work collaboratively with GPs or specialist medical teams to help ensure care remains safe and coordinated.
