Integrative Psychotherapist

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults aged 18 and over. I support individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and grief. My role is to help clients make sense of their emotions and experiences, so they can feel more at ease, confident, and grounded in their lives.

I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and draw on humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential approaches. At the heart of my work is building a strong, trusting relationship with clients, so we can explore together what is happening in their lives and find a way toward greater clarity and emotional well-being.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework. My priority is to offer a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to understanding each person’s unique experience.
