I am a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist working with children, young people and adults, either individually or with their families. I have extensive experience of working with care experienced young people and have many years experience of working with children and young people who are fostered, adopted or living with Special Guardians. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and an MA in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy. I am accredited by both the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Association for Family and Systemic Psychotherapy ( AFSP). I am passionate about my work, working collaboratively to build a safe space for people to share their hopes for therapy and explore any changes they might like to make in their life and relationships. I work from a strengths based position, celebrating difference and diversity.
