Lucinda Howell
I am an HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist with experience working with children, young people and adults experiencing emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, self-harm, neurodiversity and life challenges. I offer a warm, compassionate and trauma-informed approach, using creativity and therapeutic relationship as pathways to explore feelings, build self-understanding and support emotional wellbeing.
My practice is grounded in attachment-informed, relational and person-centred approaches, adapting therapy to each individualβs needs and pace. I have experience within NHS CAMHS and community settings, supporting clients through assessment, therapeutic intervention and collaborative care planning.
I hold an MA in Art Psychotherapy (Distinction) and have undertaken further professional development including Clay Field Therapy training, alongside ongoing CPD in trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity and therapeutic approaches.
