Rosie Humberstone
I'm a HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and Embodied Relational Therapist who works with adopted children, young people, and their families. I work creatively and relationally in schools and outdoor spaces across West Yorkshire, believing that healing doesn't always happen through words alone. Art, nature, movement, and the therapeutic relationship can all help young people make sense of difficult experiences and reconnect with themselves.
My work is grounded in attachment, trauma-informed practice, and Therapeutic Life Story Work. I also offer online therapeutic and reflective parenting sessions, creating space for adoptive parents to reflect, feel supported, and strengthen their relationships with their children.
I hold a Master's degree in Art Psychotherapy and have additional training in Embodied Relational Therapy. I feel privileged to walk alongside children, young people, and families as they discover new ways of understanding themselves and each other.
