Victoria Butterfield

Systemic Family Therapist

I’m a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist supporting children, young people, adults, and families navigating neurodivergence, childhood trauma, and relationship challenges. I offer both assessment and therapeutic support, with particular experience in autism and ADHD assessment, post-diagnostic support, and psychoeducation. I also work with parents, carers, special guardians, and adoptive families to strengthen understanding, communication, and relationships.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I aim to create a compassionate and practical space where people feel heard, understood, and supported to make sense of their experiences. As a neurodivergent clinician, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, helping individuals and families build confidence, self-understanding, and meaningful strategies for everyday life.

I hold an MSc in Systemic and Family Therapy and a BA in Social Work, and I am registered with the UKCP and Social Work England. I am passionate about helping people develop greater understanding of themselves and each other, creating positive and lasting change within relationships and family life.
